Frequently Asked Questions

Sooo... We're awkward and un-photogenic. What do we do!?

You would be surprised at how often I hear this, and I can assure you that this is completely NORMAL! Almost every couple you see on my website has said this to me, and none of my clients are professional models! Most have never been professionally photographed before outside of school photo day or business headshots, but I do things differently! Have no fear, I've got you and I promise to teach you everything you need to know along the way! :)

What about elopements or custom packages?

I love elopements and unique events! Please contact me for a custom, tailor-made quote.

How do I book you?

Let's meet for coffee on me! I would love to meet you and hear all about your wedding day plans. Once I have answered any questions you may have and you have decided that I'm the photographer you're looking for, the next step is simple: I will send you an electronic copy of photography contract, and then once I’ve received both the signed contract and deposit, that’s it! You have your photographer booked. Time to go CELEBRATE, and GET EXCITED!

Do you travel for photo sessions and weddings?

Yes! I am more than willing to travel for photo sessions or for your wedding day. I actually love it when my clients ask me to photograph them in a location that means something special to them. Portrait sessions, as well as my Wedding Experience, have 100 km of travel included. Anything beyond 100km round trip is an additional $0.55/km.

Please contact for destination weddings.

How many photos will we receive?

I never limit myself to an exact number of photos because every shoot is different! I love to provide you with as much of your story as possible, while still curating and giving you only the best of the best images. On average, each 1 hour session includes approximately 60 edited photos, while a full day wedding can have anywhere from 500 to 700 photos.

Digital files, prints, or both?

All of my services include edited digital high-resolution JPEG files. I love delivering my client files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if were in your shoes.
