Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions - Milk Bath Portrait Session

Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to attendees of the Meet the Doulas event on March 25, 2025.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• You must be present at the event to enter the giveaway.
• Participants must follow @birthstoriesbyval on Instagram for an extra entry.
• For additional entries, tag a friend on the giveaway Instagram post, each tag counts as an additional entry for the giveaway.

How to Enter:

• Attend the Meet the Doulas event on March 25, 2025.
• Enter your name and contact information at the event to be eligible.
• For an additional entry, follow @birthstoriesbyval on Instagram
• For additional entries, tag a friend on the giveaway Instagram post, each tag counts as an additional entry for the giveaway.

Prize:

• The winner will receive a Milk Bath Portrait Session. The session includes:
• 40 edited images in an online gallery
• The portrait session will take place in Sarsfield, ON at Valerie's home studio
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced after the Meet the Doulas event on March 25, 2025.
• The winner will be notified by email in the days following the event, and will be announced on Instagram at @birthstoriesbyval

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must accept the prize by responding to the email within 48 hours

• If the winner does not respond to the email within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

Conditions:

• The milk bath portrait session must be scheduled within 12 months of winning.
• The session will take place at Valerie's home in Sarsfield, ON, and the winner is responsible for their own transportation.
• The session will be booked in advance, at a time agreed upon and confirmed by the photographer
• The winner agrees to allow Valerie Miles Photography to use the photos for promotional purposes, including social media.

General Terms:

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Valerie Miles Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

Disqualification:

• Any entries that do not comply with the entry rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

Limitation of Liability:

• Valerie Miles Photography is not responsible for any issues arising from the prize or any damages incurred during the milk bath portrait session.
