Each seasonal session has a designated weather backup date. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to photograph outdoors, your session will be postponed to its corresponding backup date.

Fall Sessions: November 1, 2026 (backup date: November 8, 2026)

Winter Sessions: December 6, 2026 (backup date: December 13, 2026)

Please ensure you're available on both dates associated with your chosen session before booking.

Choose outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your family's personality! Coordinating colours, complementary textures, and neutral tones can photograph beautifully, but everyone doesn't need to match.

Most importantly, wear something you feel good in and can comfortably move around in.

Don't worry — you don't need perfectly behaved kids or picture-perfect smiles! My approach is relaxed and playful, with plenty of room for movement, cuddles, and genuine moments. I'll gently guide you throughout the session, but there's no pressure to make everything perfect. Sometimes the in-between moments become our favourites!

Yes! Don't forget to bring their favourite toys and treats (and poop bags!) I also recommend bringing a leash just in case. The locations are semi private and there's a slight chance we may encounter other people with their dogs. I strongly suggest arriving extra early to give your dog a chance to become familiar with the location. Ensure that they are well exercised in advance too as this will help with their energy.

You will receive a proofing gallery within 1 week of your session. Once you've made your photo selections, your professionally edited online gallery will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks of when you complete your selections. Additional edited images and gallery upgrades will be available for purchase.

Seasonal sessions have limited appointments, so client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another family, provided you notify me in advance and the replacement participants are suitable for the session.

Yes! If you fall in love with more images than your package includes, additional edited photographs and gallery upgrades will be available for purchase.

Absolutely! Your delivered images include a personal-use licence, so you're welcome to share them with friends and family and post them on your personal social media accounts. I'd always love a tag or credit when you share your images online, although it's not required.

Your family's privacy matters to me. You'll be given the option to grant or decline permission for me to use selected images for my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional purposes. Your choice will not affect your session or the services you receive.
